Asics Gel-Nimbus VII - Very comfortable and lots
of support. I could feel the difference as soon
as I stepped on the track. I've slowly been
returning to a workout regimen that includes
running, but at age 50, didn't want to go
overboard. I've never owned a pair of shoes of
this quality, and while I wouldn't recommend
them for casual use - you can buy a shoe for
that purpose for a lot cheaper - I would say
that these are worth every dime if you are a
runner. My high school son, a cross-country
runner, stole them from me today for his morning
workout. I may never see them again! "
