Great sneakers - I used to run in Mizuno Wave
Creations for the last five years. However the
latest pair had very little cushion to them and
I run in an urban area. I switched to these and
am very happy. The cushion is great. Heel to toe
transition is great. And, I run with my
orthotics. All in all these sneakers are great
for the road, sidewalk, and off road, though I
wouldn't take them on a trail. The only drawback
is that they look like they fell off the ugly
tree, but that's just my opinion, and all I care
about is how well they run. "
